SCUM, an open world survival game from developer Gamepires (produced by Croteam and published by Devolver Digital) is shaping up to be one of the most exciting releases this year and it seems Linux is in their plans.

I absolutely love games that let me build something, drive around and blow stuff up so I've been enjoying my time with TerraTech which is now out.

Hello and welcome to my first article on GOL. Today I will talk about a game I played on Android and eventually on Linux called Exile Kingdoms. I first played this game on a tablet, under circumstances I have honestly forgotten, but it left an impression. I decided to pick it up on Steam to relive the experience on a more comfortable platform.

Streets of Rogue is a hard game to describe, apart from being completely hilarious it pulls in rogue-lite elements, some RPG mechanics along with a sort-of open world approach to the level design making it very interesting.

Project 5: Sightseer had me utterly hooked at the start, but after a while it fell a bit flat. Seems the developer really was hard at work to improve it dramatically as this latest update shows.
